• Focus on the high weightage subjects, and complete at least for 80 marks of GATE

• You should be able to solve 80% of PYQs. If you can do this, move on to next subject

• Give one subject test after every revision, and you can attempt FLTs later once you complete studying for 80 marks of GATE

Before one month to GATE, your aim is to get your %chances of cracking to 90+

• Focus on complete the remaining syllabus, and revision should go hand in hand

• You should be able to solve 80% of PYQs. If you can do this, move on to next subject

• If you have done all of this, then strengthen all the high weightage subjects. You should be able to solve each and every PYQ!

You are almost there! Get get your %chances of cracking to 90+ before one month to GATE

• Focus on complete the remaining syllabus if any, and revision should go hand in hand

• Strengthen all the high weightage subjects. You should be able to solve each and every PYQ!

• Start attempting test series after revising a subject, analyse them for mistakes and note them down. That mistake should never be repeated again.

Action Plan: >90%

You have excellent chances of cracking GATE! But do not relax yet.

• Focus on revision, and attempting subject tests & full length tests to find out your weak points. Strengthen these weak areas.

• Keep revising your strong areas as well, and make them invincible - any Qs that come your way you should be able to handle. Try to attempt some challenging Qs in this regard.

• Attempt FLTs to find out your strategy to give the paper, and get used to the time pressure.
